So weird questions....

There is a pretty bad small house for sale near me tucked away in a neighborhood and around the area these 600k houses are being built. This house looks real bad from the outside and I'm assuming it would just need to be tore down and built over.

There are no signs in the front yard to indicate its for sale. I go online and try to find some information in an attempt to cold call. Low and behold I see its listed online for sale through several of the sites and been on there for months.

So I guess my question, if a house is on MLS then can the owner still be contacted to see about a wholesale or do the realtor need to be contacted or is this a case of just leave it alone.

Thank you for your help.

My wife and I are just starting out into REI and are reading, listening, going to seminars on ALL things REI. We have settled and decided to concentrate on multi-family homes, namely duplexes for now. My question is this, what sort of team do you need? Who all do you need to work with?

Realtor

Mortgage person (bank)

Contractor

Real estate attorney

Is there anyone else?

I was looking at the west end also. Atl is such a weird place.

I'm new to the game. How are the meetups going?
