Insurance information For llc
I'm brand new and getting everything in order. I just got my LLC through legal zoom.
I'm going to be doing flipping and renting. Do I need business insurance?

If you're new, no assets, then just go for an expanded umbrella policy IMO. With limited exposure, you should be OK until you scale up, but call up your agent and ask for their opinion as well.
