I'm just starting out and have every intention on being a reputable wholesaler/flipper. I'm doing this as a side job with my wife and we both work full time. I honestly just love the idea of hunting and finding properties. The thing I'm working on here now in Atlanta is building my buyers list before I go make some broken promises to some family cuz I couldn't hold up my end of finding them a buyer.

Just wondering how you find DeKalb folks are doing from 7 months ago. I'm diving into investing now and looking into all thing DeKalb and Gwinnett area now to gain some experience.

yeah @Jerryll Noorden you wouldnt even know they were selling it how crappy it look. Thats why i was so surprised. im going to contact agent. worst he can say is no right.

@David Braut you are becoming a favorite sir. I don't want to be sleazy so just trying to learn the proper way to do things. That may be a good topic discussion. Dealing with ethical behavior. 

@David Braut ah don't know how I forgot insurance agent. smh. It's a lot of information to process and I completely understand the analysis paralysis.

@Aaron K. As far as I know Atlanta area doesn't require it.

@David Braut Honestly I do not have a pref. I don't mind getting in my vehicle and driving but of course I don't want to drive for hours. I like the small Atl neighborhoods. There is potential.
