Calling on my fellow Illinois investors here to get some of your feedback on some Rockford, IL trends.

Specifically I'm looking for what the going CAP and Vacancy Rate is for the area west of Rt 39 and east of Illinois 251 on Rt 20.

The home would be titled in the name of Overcome Management LLC and a promissory note would be drafted in the name of the Investor on said property.

Since we hold title and you hold the promissory note we'd handle refi if need be.
