I wouldn't change carriers based on that. It's probably not worth it to file a claim anyway. You can generally get all the wiring redone for around the same cost as your deductible. We've had to do this multiple times over the last few years.

Depends on your risk tolerance. I tell out of state investors to avoid. We don't manage in that area, still too risky for my staff.
