Property Tax increase Franklin county OH

I have properties - multi family units Columbus, OH.  I received notice for tax increase. I am filing a counter complaint. I am looking for advise that will help me fight the case. The school district has effective immediately stopped settlement agreements. So, my real choice is fighting it in the court. Also, I have to pay retroactively the taxes from 1/1/2018 despite the fact that I bought them mid way last year which is a bummer.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
