Hey guys i am looking to go to several meetups in 17 different counties but am having trouble finding any of note on BP and Meetup.com is there any worthwhile meetups to go to, or other avenues of finding them. I'm looking to go to meetups in the following counties: 

Brevard

Broward

Charlotte

Duval

Escambia

Hillsborough

Lee

Manatee

Martin

Miami-Dade

Orange

Palm Beach

Pasco

Pinellas

Polk

Sarasota

St. Lucie

Volusia

If anyone could give me good suggestions it would be very helpful and much appreciated.

Great job on listing your first rental.

For what its worth I have bought a couple of Tax Deeds at Auction and was and am still under the impression that a Tax Deed Sale bought at Auction comes free of all encumbrances EXCEPT Federal & Municipal. I have been wrong in the past, but not often :)

@Marelyn Valdes Small tip, get the renters to take the lease in an LLC NOT as individuals. That way getting them evicted in short time is no problem.

Need a little more information here. Who is foreclosing on the property, a bank, hoa or other? Who is owed the $150,000 debt?
