@Dustin Faeth I co-founded propertygo.com for exactly this reason! It's an easy way to find a new lending relationship.  You can use the "just looking" feature if you don't have a live deal, and start to talk to lenders.  Hedge funds, debt funds, and banks. Cheers, Ben.

@Daniel Fierros

Try propertygo.com. You can apply to most of the actual direct lenders out there in this space. A lot of the lenders are used to first time borrowers. Let me know if I can help in anyway as well. I am one of the co-founders. Cheers, Ben.

Can find a debt partner on propertygo.com. Some of the private equity funds do JV equity, but it's mostly preferred equity. But 90% of the time they want larger deals for that. But you can surely find a debt partner, if not an equity partner. I am one of the co-founders.

Can get it funded on propertygo.com - it's free. The top lenders are all on it. Not a lead-generation site. Your info is not sold. You can actual term sheets back. Banks, hedge funds, and private lenders.
