@Matt Motil You can see what lenders are interested very easily by applying directly to them through propertygo.com. I am one of the co-founders. There are a few lenders that do dev/construction loans.

@David Durall Try looking on propertygo.com. I built this with my team as an easy way to figure out what lenders are interested in your project.  Please reach out to me if I can help in anyway.

Cheers,

Ben

@Stephen Stepp You can find a few on propertygo.com. We closed a student housing deal with hard money about 2 months ago for $1.6M. We also have a few residential fix and flip loans on the platform with interest from lenders. I am one of the co-founders.

@Mike Waters Our company propertygo.com was made for exactly this situation. You can see a list of some of the lenders using PropertyGo software to find borrowers. Applying on PropertyGo is applying directly to multiple lenders at once. Can quickly find out loan options there as a real originator at each firm will look your deal over and provide a proposal. I am one of the co-founders. Check it out.

@Kathleen Hendricks Why work with a broker and pay an extra 2 to 5%? Instead, apply directly to lenders on propertygo.com. No brokers, all direct lenders. Get proposals from them.

@Ryan Cybulski Instead of working with a broker who will most likely take 2 to 5% in fees off your deal, apply directly to the lenders on propertygo.com. You'll get proposals from interested lenders. No brokers. No table funders. No fee collectors. Check the site out.

@Mitch Smith Forget the brokers trying to take 2% off your deal. Try propertygo.com instead. Apply directly to the lenders, get proposals, cut the broker out.

@Dustin Faeth You can really easily get proposals from lenders using propertygo.com. Only the real direct lenders, no brokers posing as lenders, or table funders.
