I am seeking a partner on a vacant, 9-unit apartment complex that I own on the east side of McKinney.  I am in the process of acquiring permits from the city for the renovations.

My plan is to pay off this investment via a refinance once we reach full occupancy, which is scheduled for 10 months from the issuance of permits.  I am open to alternative exit arrangements if desired by the partner.

REI Experience: I've been a full time real estate investor for 2 years now and am a licensed real estate agent. I have completed 4 flips and acquired 3 rental properties during that period. I currently have this multi-family project along with 2 additional SFR flips in process.
