Hello All,

I am in process of publishing my book on real estate and my experience. Wanted to ask fellow BP members for suggestions on how to Publish? what's involved?  How to go about?

Depend on situation, 1% to 5% rent increase should be fair. Or other way is, include water/sewer/yard work initially, upon lease renewal exclude one item and charge for that. follow that next year

According to me its good decision. It reminds me the study with kids and  marshmallow, the kids who didn't  mind delayed gratification were more successful.
