Clearly defined goals and taking action on it one step at a time can definitely get you there. By the way, I am in process of writing my first book on my journey to FIRE.

I liked it, someone said to buy more property to cover your health expenses too.

Plan, analyze, and find a property that makes sense for your cash flow number and figure out how many properties you need to become FI.   for example if your FI number is 2000 per month, you need 4 properties bringing 500 each month.
