Hello BP community!

My name is Randy from New Jersey. I've listened to the BP podcast for about a year, but this is my first week on the site. I also have a background in healthcare, and I am a personal trainer as well. Real estate has always been something I've had in the back of my head that I wanted to get into. With all of the uncertainty from COVID I figured there was no time like the present to jump in.

I just recently finished my real estate license so now I am just tasting all of what's out there in real estate. I figure once I learn everything about the business, then I will start to get into the investing side of it more. Which I am super excited about! Over the past 5 years I've gotten very big into the stock market, so I think I am going to love this just as much.

Anyways I am looking forward to hearing from you, and meeting some of you!
