@Aaron

@Aaron Gordy I think Musk wants to take everything to the moon or maybe Mars -;) I wouldn't mind the homes in Austin as well lol...78725 zip code has already crossed 400K mark, 78617 hitting 350K, Bastrop development would be awesome as well

another feather inn cap for SE Austin....cmon take these homes to the moon !!!...lol jk

can you share a map to visualize the location?

I closed a property in SE Austin few months ago, and comps have gone up by 15-20K in a span of 2 months !!

@Venkat Kilaru Have you checked Del Valle and SE Austin areas?

@Bryan Noth interesting, but I see plenty of vacant land outside of flood zone south and south east of the airport...78617 zip code especially, can go as far as cedar creek as well

@Bryan Noth, thats awesome, I bought a property in 78617 recently south of airport, still DV .The area is seeing sharp spikes as well but not as high as 78725, maybe it's a matter of time? I went there and spoke to lot of folks and interestingly not many seemed excited about job opportunities and really wanted growth in terms of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls etc. Hoping that these companies now can bring this type of development as well..

@Bryan Noth thanks, so looks like it is DV then (78725 zip code)...I was looking at last 1 month sales in this zip code and median home price is ~400K which is insane, it is almost catching up some high flier north austin and SW Austin zip codes. I wont be surprised if many of Tesla suppliers start pouring in nearby zips creating more jobs.

@Robert

@Account Closed says nearby, assuming to be Del Valle

any idea what this new facility will be? Related to Tesla or some other company of Elon like spaceX?
