@Amy Kendall what software do you use to get e signs?

Hi, I am looking for recommendations on investor friendly general contractor who can do gut rehab (interior and exterior) in Tacoma WA for 2 units (each of size 400 and 480 sq ft).

@Tom S. I think that is a great idea however I have a small time line to close probably 2 weeks. How long do the banks you mentioned take to close?  Also what are the banks you mentioned- how did you find those banks?

Hello all, Im looking for private money to buy a 6 unit apartment to reposition and refinance in 6 months. I am looking for lenders who can do better than hard money which is at 12 percent and also commercial lenders who can help me pre qualify for refinancing the property after. Any investors out here purchased a property from wholesaler through conventional financing? If so, Does the bank pay the assignment fee directly to wholesaler at closing ? If not, can it be paid out by investor but treated as part of down payment?
