Hi BP!  I am ramping up my RE marketing in Snohomish County (Mill Creek and Mukilteo) and saw great conversations here.  I hope to retain the pearls of wisdom from your discussion strands.  I prefer fix and flips, but my budget says I need to invest in more wholesaling to afford better fix investments here in Washington.  I am very interested in building my sphere of influence so I welcome great advice, Mentors, recommendations and a good Private Investor 🤗!   I am open to markets in other states (even Hawaii!). Tonja
