Hello @Amanda Larson. Welcome to the site. Plenty to absorb as I'm sure you are already aware. There are two meet ups that I have attended and both have been great. @Joe Homs has mentioned one of them already. Another one is on the 2nd Tuesdays of the month in Yorba Linda. Might be quite a drive coming from Newport, but I'm usually at that one due to my work schedule. I currently flip homes mainly in LA and Orange County. If you have any questions that you think I can help with, don't hesitate to ask. I meet with investors occasionally to help them on their journey as well. I still consider myself new to investing, but I'll answer any questions you have that I'm able to. Good luck!
