Hello David Dang . Welcome to the site. Good to see you here. Plenty to absorb here. Feel free to reach out to me or anyone else if you have any questions for us. I currently flip homes in LA and Orange Counties. Good luck!

How bad do they want it? Why say no? Is it time to stop doing homework and take action?

Sounds like you already have a sense of what you want to do, though. I currently flip homes in LA and Orange Counties and am constantly looking for expanding my network. Good luck!

Hello @Josh Mitchell. I think you'll probably have better luck with the more independent brokers but it doesn't hurt to ask around. Sometimes the bigger names will take you in and give you a referral fee of some sort, or so I've been told. I actually just networked and was fortunate enough to find a broker that understands that I am an investor. I'd say call around and be honest with them. Tell them what you plan on using your license for and see how they can help you on your path.

I would say do it online. There are many programs out there nowadays that will allow you to go at your own pace. Sure, you have to meet certain requirements as far as hours and stuff, but the online courses will allow you to meet to requirements and still go at a pace that is right for you. I'd even say to check out Groupon. They consistently have deals for online programs. I used realestateexpress but there are many others that are basically doing the same thing. Good luck!

@Steven Pesavento. Sounds good to me. I'm based out of Irvine but can meet you in LB if it's easier on a day I'm visiting a property.

@Hercules Goes. Sounds good. Thanks!
