At least you were able to make the leap, unlike the 96% of the rest that will never/can never have the access to funds to even take that first step.

Now you'll know what not to do next time!

I quit in February to become a full time realtor.   Don't procrastinate!  Have someone to hold you accountable for your actions ( or lack thereof ).  If you can't find a "mentor" per se, definitely find a few people in the industry to shadow, at the minimum.

As the saying goes "you're the average of the five people you associate with the most"

As a realtor, being visible on social media is pretty important.  Or so I read.  Seeing as 90% of society has a smart phone glued to their face a majority of the day.

But what have you found to be sensible amount of social media interaction?  I have the typical sites like Facebook Business page, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram and thought about doing a wordpress... in addition to the dozens of other social media/real estate sites and apps... But when is enough enough?  At the end of the day do these things even really generate genuine interest?

@Adrienne G.

  I got so hung up on the exact wording from my study guides, that when I saw the same question simply re-worded... it confused me!  So the fundamentals are key.  The questions are definitely meant to challenge you, and there are two logical and two silly answers to every question.  I went back through and re-checked the whole test twice.

You'll do great!

Pine Hills has an extremely high crime rate.  Nothing good ever happens out there, it's best to keep your distance from there.

I really liked the guy at the three day seminar!  Did I like him to the tune of $25K?  Hell no.  But it was very motivational , and it was the kick in the butt I needed to get serious on a real estate/investing career.  As you'll soon find out, everything you could ever want to know can be found on this website.  Good luck!

Lack of funding is 99.8% of the reason that beginners never secure that first deal.

Certainly, if youre interacting with enough people and you are relevant on people's minds, you will get more business.  I think NOT having a social media presence is strange these days.
