I'd complete the course.  You should have something to fall back on, a lot of people don't succeed at real estate.   Heck , you could always do both!

Why not scour pintrest for "storage ideas for small homes"?  They're usually cheap, and will have the "cool" "trendy" factor everyone likes these days

When looking through expired's, what is the time frame you look at when deciding whether or not to call or reach out to them?  How old is "too old" of an expired?

99.8% of wholesale deals will not be MLS properties. If Im wrong, Im sure someone will chime in.

I'd say 99% of the properties that are 'wholesaled' are found through direct mail campaigns , or by word of mouth.  Knowing someone is going to sell before even they know it!

Looking for some input on Disney area rentals, for those of you that may have one.

1.  How successful have you been on renting them out?  How have you advertised them?

2.  Is there a specific area that you look at?  How far away from Disney are your properties?

There was a podcast not that long ago, in which the guest said she had a $14,000 payment due to her HML each month.

Incredible.

First, I'd reallllly make sure the house is empty before you walk up to them for a good look.

My first step would be researching the address through the county tax records.  Then finding the owners contact info and try to reach out to them

But in all likelyhood, a dozen investors are already aware of the property and had it on the radars for months.
