I am researching for Buy and Holds over the next 10 years to supplement retirement.  My plan was to buy 3 houses over 10 years, but I have been hearing that is kind of a small goal.  I am a professional puppeteer so I know absolutely nothing about this world of real estate. I apologize in advance for any stupid questions I may ask.  If you are wondering why a marionette puppeteer wants to learn more about real estate?  Yes, I am another one of those Rich Dad converts.  Thank goodness someone told me about Biggerpockets.  I was about the board the expensive Guru Express!
