@Jonathan Bowen OMG you took the words out of my mouth. Lol.

Why would an agent want to recruit. That is basically all they do there. They don’t even focus on selling real estate. If they want to build up a retirement plan they should buy houses. The stock market is not always a safe move. And recruiting agents under you cant be a retirement. The agent can leave at any time. Ahhhhh it is driving me nuts too.

@Karl McGarvey I loved Kaplain. I was able to skip through the chapters online and just take the tests at the end. I was already in real estate at the time and didn’t need to go through all the info.

@Sabrina Sanchez I think a better answer may be to open up your own real estate office. You dont have to be licensed. You can hire an agent to manage the office in exchange for leads. This way you can come up with a split arrangement with the realtor and you keep the rest of the profit. This way you can focus on doing more deals and having a secondary profit center.

@Maria Fernandez you should partner up with somebody in your real estate firm. Ask them to mentor you. You should shadow them and observe. If they don’t have mentors in your office you may consider moving to a different office. My age ts that are the kost successful come to the office. The network with other agents and learn. They listen to deals being made.

@Brad Jacobson in the 10 years my husband and I have been investing we have never taken a penny out of the investments.  We have been collecting the cashflow over the 10 years.  Then we also sold several properties last year.  In the 10 years we owned the homes the property values more than doubled.  That is how we were able to pay off 25 houses in less than 10 years.

@Julio Velazquez the bank typically does not know. As long as they get their payments they are happy. We transfer title to a trust.

@Michael Lowe ok that is exactly what happened to me. Everybody told me I wasn’t going to make it. Boy did I prove them all wrong. I own two mega companies and have 25 free and clear homes. I am a decamillionaire while they are still working their JOBS. If I had given up I would not be here today. It wad the power of my mind that got me where I am today.

@Dylan Petersen I have used zillow since day 1. I think the leads are great. Realtor.com as well. I no longer pay for zip codes. I just feature my listings so I am the only agent to get the lead on my listing.

@Cameron McNulty we own 25 free and clear rental properties cashflowing $25k a month right now. My goal is to have 50 free and clear properties. I will achieve that goal in 10 more years.

I also have a goal of expanding my investing office and real estate office across the nation by licensing the use of my branding. 😀
