Aloha and WELCOME!!!

Have you thought about listing them with a Realtor? I am with Keller Williams Realty here in NJ but I have a few contacts in Texas that could help you... message me if you need a referral!

There are two REI meetings happening on Wednesday if you're interested. Iʻve not been to either of these but they are great. One is at the Westwood in Westfield, NJ at 6pm and the other is at The Station also in Westfield, NJ at 7pm. Iʻm not sure which I will attend yet. Let me know if youʻre gonna show yo at one! Iʻd love to connect with like minded women!

Have a most profitable and beautiful day!

Hi Suzanne,

My family specializes in House lifting. We picked up a property in Union beach (first flip!) and we just raised it and will be moving it backwards and to the side to make room for a second property.

Are you sure the property couldn't be salvaged? It may be cheaper to raise the property and rehab the existing home.

Be awesome,

Pili

Hi @Tanya Potter

Let me know if you need info on particular homes. I do not own any properties either but Iʻd love to analyze and look for properties with you!

@Steve T.

Thanks for the accountability check!

I have analyzed 12 so far but none have led me to want to put in an offer. Maybe Iʻm just waiting for Mr. Perfect Deal...

This is not the one a day as I planned (I had a wedding this past weekend in Austin... AWESOME CITY!) I did do some networking there and met a realtors/real estate investor who is in North Jersey. Meeting up with her this week.

...

GOAL THIS WEEK!

PUT IN AN OFFER!!!

Thanks again Steve.

This is exactly what I am working on! Just be careful and do ALL the numbers. The cost to raise the home is maybe 15-30k but does that include prep for the lift, the foundation (What kind of foundation does the home need?), utilities, plumbing.... probably not. Make sure to go with a contractor that has EXPERIENCE. Even if he gets a sub for the actual lift, there are many incidentals that only an experienced contractor will be able to handle. Take a very close look at the insurance that the house lifter has.

ALOHA!
