@David Semer Wow. Thank you kindly for all the info! I plan on taking in all of New Jersey. Well... maybe Central and lower. Although my license currently hangs in Brick I live in Westfield, NJ. Have car. Will travel! I will PM you for more info on the meetings you attend.

Thanks again!

Aloha,

Pili

@Brandon Turner HI! Would I be the first person to say I'm a little star struck... Even though I've been silent on this site since I started last year I have listened to a great deal of your podcasts! Okay now that I've made that awkward confession, Thanks for the advice! Will do!

Aloha!!!! I am a new real estate agent in the Ocean/Monmouth counties in New Jersey! I would like to be an "investors agent" as I am already working on a rehab project with my family. (One reason I became an agent was to save my family $ on the realtors commission) But I want to expand and thrive in this business. How should I move forward? How do I become a great investors agent? #AskBP Aloha, Pili
#AskBP After joining Bigger Pockets, what is the second thing a newbie should do? Aloha, Pili

This is my first post and I'm not even sure I'm in the correct forum. My grandfather (who is a rather smart investor in Hawaii) was duped and invested in a get rich quick scheme a few years back and is now saddled with a piece of property in St Louis Missouri. He wants to sell the property... Should I... A. Rehab and flip the property myself. I don't live in or near St Louis. B. Call up a local real estate agent and list it as is. C. ??? Please help... Especially if you live in the area. Aloha, Pili
