Vacation Beach Condo, How Do I Reach Out to Potential Buyers?
Hello everyone! I want to quickly introduce myself and express how excited I am to have discovered this resource and community of people. I'm originally from Texas, but currently working as an architectural designer for renovation projects in New Jersey and New York. I have 2 family condos. One is located in South Padre Island, Texas in a newer complex on the water. The other is located in Mission, TX in a hotel style building. I was hoping to receive advice on effective ways to reach out to buyers for a vacation property, where a potential buyer may not be local. I have only recently begun to explore my interest in real estate and would appreciate any suggestions. Thank You!

@Steven Kopstein I'm going to try my luck with Craigslist, thanks for the tip.
@Greg H. You made some valid points. We do have a few retirees who rent out the condo at South Padre regularly. I think the best thing will be to reach out to our regular renters and enlist with a local agent.
Thank you for all the great feedback everyone!
