Aww man I missed the webinar :( funny thing I randomly thought about that idea few months ago, doing a daily analysis in variety of properties for set amount of time. Just to get mentally comfortable with running numbers often

EXACTLY!!! I am hoping to find a few deals this week... but the practice of doing it everyday until it become habitual is the key here!

Just used both the "Rental Property Calculator" and the "House Flipping Calculator" on the same property.

It was a negative cash flow as a rental but as a Fix and Flip...
