Listening to my podcasts this am... one I like to listen to is Wheelbarrow Profits and this podcast came out and I thought of this thread. Note: I am not affiliated with Jake and Gino... I think they are super awesome and give a ton of value but I’m not affiliate. :)

@Julian Montes Hey there! First off... huge points for being on Bigger Pockets and 17!

Education is important no matter what avenue you take. If you plan on becoming a real estate investor you will be investing in your education no matter if you go to a traditional college.

Not sure if anyone has suggested this but perhaps join someone’s real estate team to gain experience and traction while educating yourself. Immerse yourself into business classes, find mentors in rental real estate if that’s where your “end game” is.

I hope this helps. No matter what... don’t forget to enjoy yourself.

WA Building Movers and Contractors. They are contractors who actually to the work of lifting the home. They do not sub-contract the work.

Sellers in NJ would like to close at the end of April and do a use and occupancy until the end of June. Question: Should we move forward with the use and occupancy? What has been your experience?

I reposted on HFF. This was crazy! We were right there. We talked to the two guys who then broke into our house and changed the locks. The next day Jason promptly called the police, filed a report and had a locksmith change the locks once again.
