I'm proud of you!! Most people don't get that far. I just started myself. I got a site from investor carrot and i am probably going to get my first list of absentee owners from yellow letters. I would really like to see your site and maybe we can trade ideas!!

I am a new wholesaler myself. You are in such an awesome position!! The fact that you know what you want to do at such a young age will give you so much freedom and motivation!! I know you have heard all of the advice already but read as much as you possibly can on this website and also listen to the podcasts. Much luck to you!!

@Domimic Pope Wholesaling it sure sounds like the best bet for this property. @Aishah the MLS is the best source of comps however, if you get to know a realtor that has intimate knowledge of the area, it may give you a better understanding of the value of a property.

I am a wholesaler fairly new to BP and I am looking forward to doing everything to grow my business. I am on the verge of purchasing my first list and set of bandit signs. If anyone knows of a good Atlanta based mentor, I sure can use one.

Good evening! My name is Phips Deus and I am a relatively new member of the BP Community! I have not closed my first deal yet. My question is, on a scale of 1-10 how smart is it to do the following steps before closing my first deal:

Getting a virtual assistant

Becoming incorporated

Starting a marketing campaign using direct mail

Creating a website

Investing in software (CRM, bookkeeping software, etc)
