Good evening! My name is Phips Deus and I am a relatively new member of the BP Community! I have not closed my first deal yet. My question is, on a scale of 1-10 how smart is it to do the following steps before closing my first deal:

Getting a virtual assistant

Becoming incorporated

Starting a marketing campaign using direct mail

Creating a website

Investing in software (CRM, bookkeeping software, etc)
