I am an investor in the Atlanta area focusing on real estate in Douglas County, Fulton County, and Cobb County. How much would you pay a freelancer to do the following tasks?:

Putting up bandit signs
Hanging door kockers
Taking pictures of properties
Direct mail marketing

Calling FSBO sellers

Is there a list of investor/wholesaler friendly title escrow companies? I imagine not every company is experienced with the double escrow/assignment transaction.

One thing I would suggest is to join your local REIA. I did yesterday and I met tons of people I otherwise would not have. Hope that helps.

Driving for dollars is a great way to find deals. Also, depending on your locality, the courthouse will have records of condemned homes, recent evictions. The courthouse is also a great way to meet cash buyers because you can never have too many. Until you have the money for direct mail, driving and the courthouse are your best friends!!
