further to Karen reply I believe it's podcast 38 that has a gentlemen from California speaking about how he does his mailers. It was an excellent podcast (they all are).

I took mine with Tucker in Indianapolis, but got to there website to see if they have any classes close to your area.

Hello everyone my name is Peter, and I am from Windsor ON Canada, but I now live in Fishers Indiana. I currently own a few buy and hold single family homes. I have been a landlord for the past three (3) years, and have learned from my father who has been a landlord since I was young. I am an Electrical Engineer, and after years of design I made a move to Business Development within the same company. My goals in real estate are mainly to buy and hold in order to have income to retire from. One of my tennants is quite the entrepreneur, as he has a business, and has had rental units in the past (temporarily living in this area). He started telling me about real estate books he has read, I was familiar with some, and he told me about Bigger Pockets. He sent me the link, and after reviewing the website, and hearing a podcast, it is exactly the real estate investor information I was looking for.
