Hey all. Just joined the site last week and wanted to introduce myself. I have one rental property in Noblesville, IN and searching for more. I have flipped about a dozen homes over the past 7-8 years with mostly good results and some bad. Looking to re-energize my investing and pick up some helpful advice.
