Welcome to BP Derrick, its great to have another Hoosier join the group! If u haven't already started listening to the podcasts, definitely check them out. They're packed full of great info, and because the hosts are actual investors, whenever I'm thinking of a question that I'd like to ask their guests...95% of the time Josh or Brandon will ask it!

Welcome to BP Brian,

my wife and I live in Fort Wayne, but her entire family's scattered throughout Michigan from the UP all the way down to Lowell. Traverse City is beautiful though, we actually had our engagement photos taken there and didn't want to leave. Anyways u came to the right place for anything and everything real estate investing. I've only got a few properties as of now, and I give a lot of the credit for doing things the right way to this community and the podcasts

Hey, welcome to BP Alex

As they've already said, youve picked the right place with the right people when it comes to gaining real estate knowledge while connecting with people who are willing to share it. I'm in the same boat as u with my real estate career since getting my first tenant back in July. Thanks to the BP community, I knew the right tenant I wanted in my unit along with the right questions to ask in order to obtain that tenant. Almost 7months later and rent has never been late, the unit is very well taken care of, and I haven't paid my mortgage out of my own pocket for almost 7 months now. I can certainly say that things would not have gone so smoothly had I not found BP. If u ever have any questions, just ask

Hi bp members,

I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, and I'm looking for a bank or credit union that will lend on an investment property that doesn't require a 25% + down payment. Preferably I'd like to pay 10-15% down instead. If anybody knows of a place, I'd really appreciate some recommendations?

Im working now at the buy and hold investments, and still very interested in learning more about subject too investing. Kelly, do you happen to know the name of that course or where to find it at?

I appreciate all the info guys, and think that we wanna try our hand at property managing ourselves for the first bit. I checked out and signed up for smart move Chris Adams, and appreciate that info. If there is any chance u could email me a copy of that blank lease copy, that would be awesome. Sorry about the long time it took me to get back, I wasn't receiving notifications to my phone of new emails until I checked my bp acc
