Subject to investing in Indiana

I know some states are really touchy when it comes to subject to an existing mortgage, but I'm having trouble finding out the states rules with using it to purchase properties here in Indiana. Does anybody know the rules or laws regarding subject to investing in Indiana?

@Peter Fennig I have a collegue that has 27 sub2 deals going on in Indianapolis. I've been trying to get him to join BP, I'll see if he has insight for you.
