Hello guys, I am helping a friend move a property he has in Queens New York, it's two plots and the house will likely need to be demolished, so it is basically the land.

The catch! need to happen fast and need to be cash buyer.

What is your advice to find it?

Any lead, contact, advice will be gladly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Javier

Hello Bigger Pockets!

My wife and I recently started getting into the real estate investment arena real seriously.

I am thinking about getting together a buyers list while we look for our first deals. The most common strategy out there seems to be to place an ad about a (ghost) property. I am not sure about the ethics behind this.

How did you go about it when you started?

Thanks!

I will be totally attending!

hello Chi!

I am also new to the site and also found it through the podcast! :) what kind of properties are you looking to hold for cashflow?

I am interested in wholesaling multifamily (2-4 units) - maybe I can come to you with a deal if I know your criteria!

Talk soon!

Javier

Hello Every one here at bigger pockets!

I am new to real estate investment. Have been reading a lot for last few months and I am ready start working on some deals. I am going to start wholesaling 2-4 multifamily units around NYC (mostly Brooklyn and Queens) and would like to network with some buyers interested in fixing and rehabs. Any advices from the community? From fixers and rehab-ers?

Thanks a lot!

Javier
