Greetings from NYC metro! My name is Chi and I'm a new member. I'm a web developer by day. I flipped a couple of houses in Northern NJ in the '00s, got out when the prices didn't make sense (to me) and is now looking to buy and hold for the cash flow.

I actually found this site after I found the BiggerPockets podcasts, which I have have learned a lot from. I'm glad I found this great community with so much positive feedback.
