Hello guys, I am helping a friend move a property he has in Queens New York, it's two plots and the house will likely need to be demolished, so it is basically the land.

The catch! need to happen fast and need to be cash buyer.

What is your advice to find it?

Any lead, contact, advice will be gladly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Javier

Hi Javier. Here are a few ways:

  • MLS search for cash transactions- If you don't have access to the MLS you will need to find an agent that can do that for you.
  • REIA's- Attend your local real estate investment association/club- You can meet many investors looking for great deals there.
  • Call "I Buy Guys"- Do a google search for something like "We buy houses fast" followed by your city name. You can use a variation of that as well such as "I buy houses Fast", "Sell your house fast". Call these guys and let them know about your deal. If they are wholesalers they be able to help find you a buyer for a cut.
  • Social Media- Search on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc for cash buyers in your city. Reach out to them.
  • Craigslist- Post a free ad in Craigslist giving the numbers of the deal to generate interest. I would leave out the address though.
  • Courthouse Auctions- Attend real estate auctions in your area and network with the buyers there.
  • Bigger Pockets- Post deal and also search for cash buyers in your area.

Good luck to you! Heres to your success!
