Hey Everyone,

I'm Phil, a Houston-based real estate investor who is looking for like-minded partners to collaborate on my first few deals. I've been researching and studying real estate for the past two years, and I'm confident that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in this industry. I'm also about halfway done getting my real estate license, which will further enhance my ability to source and close deals.

I'm primarily interested in investing in single-family homes, multifamily properties, and land. I'm open to investing in other asset classes as well, depending on the opportunity. I'm a highly motivated and ambitious individual, and I'm eager to get started building my real estate portfolio.
