Quote from @Cole Bossert:

As a Realtor I first read "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" also by Gary Keller. It has laid the foundation for how I see my business and my strategies going forward. I have yet to read MREI but it's on my list for sure. Thanks for the reminder that I should read it.

Cant go wrong starting out with that! Great way to set yourself up for success as a Realtor! I've read both, and I can tell you MREI is just as great as MREA!! Glad I could assist with the reminder!

I’ve got to give a huge shout-out to "Cashflow Quadrant" by Robert Kiyosaki. This is one of those mind-blowing books that completely shifted how I think about earning and building wealth. The idea of moving from an employee mindset to a business owner and investor mindset was truly eye-opening when I first read it! I’ve re-read it multiple times since.

It’s easily in my top 3 books of all time for financial education. It breaks down the different ways people earn money (Employee, Self-Employed, Business Owner, and Investor) in a way that makes you stop and reconsider how you approach your career and investments.

If you’re looking to grow your financial IQ, Cashflow Quadrant is a must-read!

Just wanted to share a quick review of a book that was absolutely critical to my own understanding of real estate investing:
"The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.

From day one, this book helped me grasp the fundamentals of REI in a clear, well-structured manner.

It covers everything from mindset and goal-setting to property analysis and scaling your portfolio. The content is extremely thorough, yet easy to follow. Plus, the strategies are backed by real-world examples that make it relatable, even if you’re just starting out.

If you’re looking for a solid foundation in real estate investing or want to refine your existing approach, this is a must-read.

It gets my full 5-star recommendation for anyone serious about building wealth through property. Enjoy!

I get it. What age range are you targeting? High school? College?

As of now I'm targeting ages 8-25, segmented into groups (8-12, 13-17, and 18-25). I'm actively outlining a curriculum and developing tailored resources for each age group.

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a nonprofit idea focused on teaching kids and young adults about real estate investing and financial lieracy. I’m on the lookout for educators, real estate pros, investors, content creators, and mentors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge with the next generation. If you’re interested in brainstorming or partnering to empower young people with real-world financial skills, please drop me a message. I'd love to hear your thoughts and explore how we can make a difference together.

Hey @Phil Avery! Have you contacted anyone with a local Junior Achievement chapter in/around Houston? I think that would be a great place to start so you're not re-creating the wheel.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely look into local Junior Achievement chapters in Houston as a resource and explore potential collaborations. At the same time, I have a vision I'm passionate about bringing to life, maybe even reinventing the wheel a bit! ;)

Hey BP community!

I’m currently searching for a reliable property management company to manage a single-family home in Vero Beach, FL (Indian River County). I’m looking for recommendations for companies that have a great reputation, are honest, and provide high-quality service without overcharging for their management fees.

If you’ve worked with a property manager in the area or know of any companies that stand out, I’d appreciate your insight!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
