@Chris Baber I understand this is 6 months old post, but i am curious if you talk to people at vacasa. If so, how was your experience. I don't own vacation rental yet but I am looking for them and I would like complete hands off so that I can use the time to be with my family/working/finding other deals.

I am in for Knoxville. I am open to meet any weekday evenings.

I will be there with my wife. Looking forward to meet everyone. 

I am out of town that weekend. If I manage to come back before this meeting, i will be there.

@David Morgan Great info. Thanks!! I actually start bidding now but no luck yet. I think I will talk to my agent and try to get into house before I put bid on the house for more educated bid.
