Welcome to BP @Peter Crabtree. I am new investor in Knoxville, TN. I am looking for any rental properties here in town. Which neighborhood you are looking to invest?

@Chris Eaker Thank you for your response. I am definitely interested in long term buy and hold. I will start looking for houses in those neighborhoods.

I am looking for Single Family Houses for now.

@Bernhard Braeuner I have no answer for your question. I am still trying to look for rental properties. 

I would like to start investing in real estate in Knoxville TN. I am wondering which neighborhood should I invest if my interest is buy and hold, possibly find any tenant to generate passive income. I understand this is very broad question and there may not be easy answer(if there is any). I look forward for any comments/suggestions. Thanks.
