@Jeff Rinker Thank you for reaching out to me. Submeters link that you sent me will be helpful but I have one water line that goes to 12 units. I think I need to separate the water lines before I can install submeters. I am wondering how much it usually cost for separation of water lines!!

I am analyzing a12 unit property  which doesn't have water line separated to implement sub metering. I am wondering how much will be approximate cost to do so and add/install water meter to each unit.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

@Jonathan Twombly Thanks Jonathan for your reply. What do you mean by open a US company, is it something different then LLC or C-corp? I understand tax implications but can I flip houses under the LLC? (if I am not actively working on the flip)

Can I open LLC while working on h1b visa? My goal is to buy few rental properties under one LLC.

I haven't purchase any property so far but I am looking actively for good deals in Knoxville,TN. I was talking to one of my friends and he mention about online auction. Any one has any experience in online auction. Is there anything in specific that we need to consider?
