I am a former Investment analyst for a Fund Affiliated, with Blackstone, I heard about that project for 7 years it's been in the works possibly will come out with the right marketing might be successful Marsha Comfort and I belive John Anderson there has never been any company in history of real estate or Real estate financing with more AUM then Blackstone, if somebody could pull it of will be them, with the right marketing

All depends what kind of nich, you want or if you like more stable company but higher fees I recommend Coldwell Banker to start out or Keller Williams, but I seen a decline in there listing inventory I seen increase in big block realty, seems very up and coming does are some of my pick I don't know what area your focusing do

I am focusing on Assisted Living projects in San Diego county and buy and hold of 12units or more in San Diego with my own equity, My clients in the firm, are ranging in Multifamily rehab, Commercial construction, Rehab fix and flip to New Master plan communities, I do consulting and equity placement for them, but my self keeping focus on does 2 how about your self.

Oh I have one that was $160k condo in Escondido and I have a House in Carlsbad for $820k, so it totally depends in the cash on cash returns usually $200k-350k is my favorite. @Thomas Cheek

Well, give them a Cash for keys, if the guy has a good heart, allow them some moving money, since they have addiction pay there first and last months rent in a new place and hopefully they will get there act together

Hi Thomas Cheek totally depends what you looking highest cash flow or more stable, or more equity grown, SFR, Condo,Multifamily,Commercial I personally like more SFR, and Some Triplex in the north county areas my properties cash flow well
