Really interesting thread. I'm on the Far East (besides Nfld) of Canada in Nova Scotia. I have found some success in buy and hold small multi-units for good monthly cash flow. The price of the homes I own haven't appreciated nearly to the degree of bigger markets - but they aren't stagnant or declining either.

Hi Strevn, glad to see a fellow Nova Scotian here!

I have found there to be some good cash-flowing properties outside of Halifax in the more rural areas.  Cheap prices and decent rents.  Would love to chat further about how Atlanta has gone for you!
