Hello BP Family:

I've been investing and flipping homes for over 10 years in Southern California. I've always found it difficult to find reliable & reasonably-priced contractors for my remodels and new construction. So a few years ago I started a company called GreatBuildz that matches people with honest general contractors that were the right fit for each project and budget. GreatBuildz is a free service that also matches RE investors with local contractors in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties. If you're looking for free contractor estimates for your project, please feel free to reach out to GreatBuildz. Our staff will be happy to help.

Hi @Alyssa Alayvilla - I know some good GC's in Orange County, but unfortunately no one that does small projects like you need for your apartment. You might find a handyman or use Thumbtack or Handy for those? If you need Contractors for larger client projects, please DM me.
