Hi all! I'm an investor in central Connecticut looking to network with probate attorneys in the area. Any investors that have had success working with probate attorneys feel free to share your stories, or if you are working in the probate arena I'd love to talk!

Hey Sherri. I'm from central CT, what are you looking for in a team member?
Mike B. What is your asking price, taxes insurance and expenses?
Mike B. What does the property cash flow?

Spencer Wetmore what is this meetup about? I live about 10 minutes away in Newington right over the other side of Berlin tpke. Think it would be great to connect with other young like minded investors.

@Chris Balestriere so you went to the city clerks office and asked for a list of properties in private and they told you that information can be accessed on their computers that you can use?

Hi Chris,

I haven't done any marketing yet, but have heard of going to city hall/probate court and obtaining potential leads there.  What have you heard about this option, and what exactly do you say/ask for?  Who do you even go to and ask?

Hey BP!

I am a Project Manager for AT&T, looking to use my experience to get my foot in the door of REI. If there is anyone out there, ideally in Connecticut, that is willing to help mentor a beginner with an open mind who is ready to learn, I would be humbled for the opportunity to take on project management tasks, or any tasks that are in need. Landlords, Flippers, anyone with a history of success in Real Estate, let me help you!

Hi all - I'm new to the REI world and looking to see if there are any experienced investors that would like to partner on a deal. Maybe you have more cash than deals - I have limited funds but would love to learn what it takes if I can find a deal that makes sense to you.

kudos to you for getting off your feet and trying to make something happen! I agree I'm very interested in the buy and hold method, of course it's a lot more "boring" because it's slower than other options but I feel that is the key to long term passive wealth.
