Newbie in Connecticut

Hello Biggerpockets 

I gotten bitten by there real estate bug last years and couldn't stop watching podcast after podcast. lol

I really appreciate the community here they really provide great value. Which is hard to come by these days .

I'm interested in the " House Hacking " idea I think this would be best for my situation. I'm currently resided in the Hartford area by I'm looking in the Manchester, New Britain, and even East Hartford area.

I would love to sit down and talk to anyone currently investing in these area.

I just went through my first house hacking experience and purchased a place in Cromwell, CT. So far it's been awesome and I strongly encourage you to continue evaluating properties and taking action.
