Thanks for the great advise. What to you guys suggest for someone like me who already own a family home from 20 years ago. I've refined it a couple of times to venture into failed businesses. But now, kind of stuck with a little bit of cash but desperate to start getting involved in the investment side of RE.

Which part of the country has the best opportunities for a small guy like me to start with 1 or 2 small multi family deal to buy and hold or to flip.
