Hard Money lender in San Antonio

I've met with multiple hard money lenders here in San Antonio. Red door funding is the the lender who I'm leaning towards to fund my fix and flip. Has anyone out there used them? I'm interested in hearing from some happy or even unhappy borrowers!

There are a number of companies who do hard money lending. There are several here on BP. @Jason Hirko works for a HML and so does @Allison Lopez.
