@Constancia R. Hi Constancia, havent made much progress... going back and forth with a few of the municipalities in Italy (long communication timelines)... pending question i need to answer is can USA citizen own property in Italy?

@William Glass Hello William, i spoke to a few companies that set these QOZF up and to a tax lawyer.  The range in cost i got to set one fund up is between $15k to $50k + the annual reporting / compliance requirements....

Thank you for your response!  Yes that my understanding of the requirements.  It's been a bit challenging getting into contact with the municipalities that offer this program.  In Italy, would i got through a RE lawyer or broker to get more details/access to contact offering the program?
